1 Head Green Cabbage (finely shredded)


1 Head Purple Cabbage (finely shredded)

You can choose which cabbage option you want to use, or use half of each to have that great color combination in your dish!

2 Large Carrots (finely shredded)

3/4 CUP Mayonnaise (NON-GMO Variety)

2 TBS Sour Cream

2 TBS Spanish Onion (grated)

2 TBS Sugar, or to taste

2 TBS White Vinegar

1 TBS Dry Mustard

2 TSP Celery Salt

Salt and freshly ground pepper (to taste)


Combine the shredded cabbage and carrots in a large bowl. Whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, onion, sugar, vinegar, mustard, celery salt, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl, and then add to the cabbage mixture. Mix well to combine and taste for seasoning; add more salt, pepper, or sugar if desired.
